Sherry Rais, MSc, has helped dozens of startups, non-profit organizations, academic/research institutions, and small businesses raise funds, operate according to their mission and values, and implement processes that enhance their overall efficiency. Sherry believes in living and working in alignment with purpose and is currently focused on expanding access to psychedelic-assisted therapy to alleviate human suffering. Before this, Sherry consulted for over 10 years with the United Nations and World Bank, implementing cash transfer programs at the national level in over 35 countries. Sherry holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and International Development from McGill University. She also completed the Certificate in Psychedelic Therapies and Research from CIIS in 2021. In addition to being Enthea's CEO, she is the Executive Director of the Boston Psychedelic Research Group and the Grants Manager for CIIS.
Joshua Barber is a Business Development Consultant in the wellness space who supports small businesses and start-ups with their sales and growth while staying aligned with their mission and values. Joshua has a passion for helping organizations that seek to empower others to lead healthier lives, and to reach their highest potential. Joshua has over 22 years of success developing and managing business ventures, driving revenue through sales and customer acquisitions, and recruiting, training, and retaining high levels of talent. He is a passionate leader with an entrepreneurial mindset dedicated to helping the organizations he engages with succeed.
Dr. Dan Rome is a senior physician executive with more than 30 years of experience in direct patient care, healthcare administration and leadership, managed behavioral healthcare, care management & healthcare consulting. He has served in numerous physician leadership roles including Chief Medical Officer for Beacon Health Strategies; Vice President for Medical Affairs at Tufts Health Plan; & Medical Director of Behavioral Health, at Evolent Health. He has also served as Medical Director for Fallon Total Care, a specialty health plan for Medicare/Medicaid recipients. Earlier in his career, as Tufts Health Plan’s Assistant Vice President for Mental Health Services, Dr. Rome guided the development and managed the operation of the health plan’s fully in-house, integrated mental health services program. Dr. Rome has also served as Psychiatrist-in-Charge at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, & attending psychiatrist at Deaconess Waltham Hospital in Waltham, MA. Dr. Rome is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School.
Keith Lietzke has 25 years of executive leadership with technology companies. As CEO and co-founder of Unbound Commerce, Keith led the company to a market leadership position in mobile commerce, resulting in a purchase by SAP. At Sealed Media and eCopy, Keith held general manager and senior go-to-market roles in these pioneering document management companies. With Open Market, he led the largest revenue unit with this internet commerce start-up that became one of the most successful IPOs during the internet boom. Keith was trained in economics at Princeton University and Miami University and went on to be an economic consultant to the US Department of Energy and NASA. Along the way, he also worked as an inside entrepreneur at AT&T during the rollout of cellular technology and became a founding member of its Consumer Labs.
Ronda Kearns-Strawser, MHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, BSN, RN is a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, holding dual Master Degrees in Nursing and Healthcare Administration. She has over twenty years of diverse experience in nursing, behavioral health and substance abuse including clinical experience and leadership roles as Director of Psychiatry and Regional Director. Ronda uses her foundational Psychiatric Nursing experience and business acumen to benefit behavioral health organizations in clinical operations, business development and regulatory compliance.
Jessica Tracy has over 15 years of diverse healthcare experience, specializing in data analytics, strategic advisory, consulting, business development, and go-to-market strategy. Her work encompasses multiple healthcare sectors including group insurance, clinical genetics, diagnostics, healthcare technology, and psychedelic-assisted therapies. Jessica has been instrumental in leading sales and consulting partnerships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including large employers, unions, health systems, payors, and public sector clients. Recently, her focus has shifted to health tech, where she employs innovative delivery models to enhance access to care. Previously, Jessica developed comprehensive insurance strategies and disease management solutions in her roles as an underwriter and data analytics consultant, further deepening her expertise in managing risk and improving healthcare outcomes.
Abubakar Khan served as an international medical professional and transitioned to the operational and administrative sides of the healthcare industry. He’s well-versed in healthcare and technology and has held various roles for numerous healthcare and health-tech organizations, from workforce and tech management, reporting and building dashboards, analyzing portfolios and clinical trial reports, to managing and tracking clinic/hospital mergers & acquisitions. Abubakar is adept at reviewing clinical protocols, developing policies, provider engagement, and expansions of nationwide networks of clinics and providers. He has profound experience with realizing customer success from enterprise and business clientele to patients and healthcare providers alike. By optimizing procedures and workflows for businesses across a range of industries, Abubakar aims to satisfy clients while also achieving operational excellence and efficiency. Abubakar collaborates with Enthea's Medical Affairs department in developing and reviewing SOPS, treatment protocols, medical policies, and more. He also works closely with our Customer Growth department to coordinate expansion plans in various geographic regions. Abubakar develops and oversees our national network of clinics and healthcare providers and enhances operational work-streams and procedures at an organizational level.
Sarah Steger has over a decade of experience in healthcare strategy, delivery, and relationship management, which has given her a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. Her career includes significant time at Mercer, where she advised large Silicon Valley employers on managing healthcare strategy and spending, including developing pioneering mental health programs aimed at breaking stigma and increasing access. She also played a key role in a holistic healthcare system, managing growth and strategy for strategic clients with revenues over $50M and oversaw the expansion of a tech giant’s healthcare program from a single clinic to a national network serving 100k members. Sarah’s work has consistently focused on scaling high-quality experiences, disrupting traditional payment models, and measuring value at scale. Inspired by the transformative potential of psychedelic therapy, Sarah started consulting to the field in 2023. Her consulting work is dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional healthcare and the emerging psychedelic space, aiming to align incentives for safe and efficacious access to these treatments.
Molly Stanton has over 18 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, specializing in voluntary benefits. Molly built a successful voluntary benefits agency from the ground up to one of the largest carrier district offices in the Philadelphia market. Throughout her career, Molly won numerous awards and recognition for exceeding her growth and sales goals, including the prestigious Presidents Club distinction in 2018, the highest achievement for the carrier's sales force. In her day-to-day operations, Molly focused on recruiting and nurturing relationships with brokers and employers, driving growth and expanding the client base. Her passion for fostering connections and delivering unparalleled service has been instrumental in her success. Motivated by the profound impact psychedelic therapy has had on her life, Molly embarked on her consulting journey in this emerging field in 2024. Drawing upon her extensive experience and passion for making a positive impact, Molly is committed to raising awareness and providing education within the broker and employer channels. Her mission is to empower organizations to embrace transformative therapies and extend their benefits to employees who can benefit most from these life-changing interventions.
